Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Quality Check & Packing
Ensure the handicraft is in its original condition and securely pack it in the original wooden crate or box to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package.
Refund Processing
After our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
